In the veins of "28 Days Later" and others, "Dead Air" is a micro-budget movie where there is not gore effects at all, probably, due to the lack of it, HOWEVER, the movie has a good script and some good storyline.

A bio-chemical bomb goes of in an arena turning thousand of visitors into blood hungry zombies - good idea When viewed from inside a radio station taking calls from scared people. - Not good... One of the most boring zombie movies ever.
