Dead Kennedys: The Early Years
The essence of the seminal punk band Dead Kennedys is captured in footage from 1978 through 1981, including the band's early gigs at Mabuhay Gardens, Sproul Plaza, Target Studios and more. Jello Biafra, Klaus Flouride, East Bay Ray and the rest of the gang perform nine songs, primarily from their debut album "Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables." The tracks include "Holiday in Cambodia," "Bleed for Me," "Kill the Poor" and "Drug Me."
