Not bad, too cliche at times and predictable resolution, but still not bad. I guess it helps that i'm a sucker for 50s retro stuff. Fairuza Balk also looks hot in some kind of weird way.

An explosive gangland drama, the best film of it's kind since The Outsiders. An electrifying film that explodes with action and a powerful cast of superb talents and gifted new comers. It has style and groove thats all it's own

A Warriors rip-off that is as dumb and violent as it is forgettable.

Pretty cool, but lacks the high budget fight scenes... which I find to be a significant piece of the puzzle fo this movie. Other than that, its an excellent "The Oustiders" and "Goodfellas" hybrid.

A weak gangland movie in the vein of The Outsiders. We also have a star from that movie in the form of Fritzy (Matt Dillon) as the head mob boss of the city. Everything goes through him. Frankly, I think he played a horrible role and it's good he wasn't mentioned on the forefront...( read more) of the cast. Considering there was a lot more drama thrown into the film, I think most of it was unneccessary. Leon (Stephen Dorff) carried the majority of the film with his commanding presence, but it was his out of control brother Bobby (Brad Renfro) who benefited more out of the movie. It was more or less centered around him and with Leons death, got him out of the city which took both his brothers lives.

It's very cheesy indeed, lol. And the plot is very simple. But I liked it nonetheless. The fights were hilarious and Norman Reedus did very good, although I'll admit that I partly enjoyed the movie because of him (what can I say? I'm a big fan. I'm completely taken by him, ahah!)...( read more)
I don't exactly recommend it, but if you're in the right mood, I think it's an entertaining watch!
