Once there, Steve discovers that the dreaded Count Dracula (Ernest Garcia) has turned Moravia into his own personal vampire buffet. And the villagers are powerless to stop him, until famed vampire hunter Dr. Van Helsing (Bruce Glover) shows up on the scene.
