A highly amuzing film with an unlikely comedy duo of Michael Caine and Steve Martin which lead to hilarious consequences. Some classic comedy scenes included and the competitive nature throughout is just great fun.

The sort of silly, entertaining 80s movie that was always on TV around Christmas...

Michael and Steve are hilarious as con men trying to out do each other. But they meet their match in the jackel. Very funny and interesting plots.

Two con-artists try and pull a fast one by trying to reach a cool £500,000 profit out of one lady, only each is out to prove that they are better than the other.

Down right clean but scandalous peformances from Caine and Martin. Hilarious game of tug-of-war between the two polar opisites. Martin (the bottom feeding con man) and Caine (the Ritzy, sophisticated con man) battle for territory. Strongly recomended

Was excpecting it to be funnier but it had a good story to it. Steve Martin was great as usual I thought the part where he pretend to be retarted was the highlight of the movie, Michael Caine did a good job you didnt know if you were suppose to hate him or like him in some parts.

Great fun, Steve Martin and Michael Caine work wonderfully together. Caine is particularly good. Very enjoyable and quite funny. Entertaining, great writing, good supporting cast.
