Very silly and basic comedy which is made slightly better by its decent cast. The bungling robber scenario isnt too original and the laughs are pretty childish, the best smiles coming from the cop duo with Ed O Neil but apart from that its very average stuff.

I don't know why, but the characters in this movie all make me laugh. Especially Ruben Blades and William Russ.
