October 13, 2007Uhh, it was PRETTY good, I mean I didn't think a few characters looked alot like the ones from the game. But, those were only minor things. But, it wasn't really a bad movie. But, my favorite character Hitomi, wasn't there :(

September 20, 2007I just finished watching it, and yes, while there was plenty of slow motion t&a shots, I found myself thoroughly enjoying the movie. I don't play DoA enough to know about the backgrounds and story and whatnot. I just enjoyed it for what it was, a very much like "Crouching Tiger" movie. The fight scenes were awesome and it made me laugh. I even enjoyed Jaime Pressley's performance. So all in all it was good for me, something I'd watch again.

July 4, 2007i haven't seen the movie yet, but i want to. it seems like it'll be a mixture of charlie's angels and mortal kombat, and i loved both movies so i mite like this one. plus i like the one game i do have of doa.

June 24, 2007First thing out, STOP DISSING THIS MOVIE! It is NOT that bad at all, in fact it made me laugh quite a few times. Though they did pick bad actresses in some aspects. The movie has action and gives you a display that you can actually sit down and watch. I barely ever watch movies, but when I do, and LIKE them, that says something. This movie kept my attention very easily. Plus I am a girl, so I did not just watch for the girls (besides the fact I was watching for Ryu), therefore this is a movie about MORE than just boobs and butts.
One problem with this movie that I have to get out is they picked an awesome actress for Kasumi, but she doesn't fit the role. Kasumi is young and innocent. ALSO, RYU HAYABUSA HAS BALLS! And.. uhh.. Ayane is Japanese? Not to mention that some of the storyline was a bit messed with. LAST thing; Hayate is not the world's greatest fighter! If he were in Ninja Gaiden, Ryu would kick his a**! -
June 24, 2007I haven't seen it yet and I know it will probably suck beyond belief but I love the games and Hot women. Yeah, why the hell not, can't be any worse then Street fighter with Van dam or however you spell his name lol.

June 22, 2007Meh, I enjoyed the movie because I went into the deal knowing what to expect. Hot chicks in clothes and fight scenes that are meant for little more than teen boy fan service. Aside from that the fights were well pretty, looked nothing like fighting but were still very pretty.

June 21, 2007i believe i'll just be setting myself up for disappointment if i see this movie. i freakin love the DOA games but i'm not really expecting this movie to live up to them. i kinda figured they would screw it up and make it lame as soon as i heard they were making it into a movie, hahah but i still think i'll see it anyway

damm i saw this movie like waaay ages ago its really old now!its alright i only like the idea with the sunglasses and i like those lil spikes that paralize u when they touch ur neck(thats how the guy who invites them to the island dies aka the baddie) lol givin away the movie how bad:P
