    Another low budget mad scientist movie that's not well made, but has a couple of good actors. I really was disappointed with it, it has such a cool title.

    I really wish this film was better... for obvious reasons. It's just another low-budget version of Frankenstein but set in the early 1960s. It's just not very scary or even particularly well done.
