Sixteen year old Lya and her seventeen year old sister Chirine live in a cramped housing project with their abusive father. Now that he officially considers Chirine a woman, their father will no longer speak to her, leaving Lya as the only one capable of standing up to him. But while naïve Chirine thinks she sees a way out of the situation by going to work as a model for a man named Alex who claims to be a powerful agent, Lya comes to her sister's rescue by revealing the man as the head of a dangerous prostitution ring. Later, with a bit of help from her rebellious sister Lya, Chirine learns to defend herself and makes the acquaintance of a top advertising executive named Simon. Not only is Simon entirely legitimate, but he's hopelessly captivated by Chirine's beauty as well.
