the unlikely pairing of tom hulce and ray liotta is the thing here, hulce predictably in the walkaway gimme role of "someone mentally challenged" and ray liotta as a nice guy(gasp!). a feel good movie that feels good.

It has it's moments, here and there, but overall Dominick and Eugene plays like a bad after-school special. Heavy on the sentimentality and lite on the realism. The intentions seem sincere but the result is often sappy and sometimes ridiculous.
