As a true fan of Firefly and Serenity i just had to see this, brilliant to see the fans reactions to both the show and movie, and how it all came about that the movie got made. Plenty of humour and hilarious seeing the loony fans as only Americans can be! Great to see that the cast and crew are such fans of the universe they created. Joss Whedon is a master.

A quite inspiring documentary about Firefly and its army of dedicated fans. It was nice to see what a big phenomenon the series has become, even long after its unjustified cancellation. Putting Firefly off the air was probably the most stupid decition ever made by a TV network (in this case FOX), and in this documentary the fans get to tell us why. Being a fan of the show myself, it's comforting to know that so many others appreciate the pure sci-fi quality that Firefly and Serenity truly is. I just wish they could have shown some behind-the-scenes footage from the making of the show, rather than just interviews with fans, producers and the cast.
Some of these 'Firefly' fans are really scary...but this documentary has a lot of great interviews with the cast and crew, including some great comments from the always amusing Joss Whedon.
The story of how Serenity came to be is amazing in itself, but to hear it firsthand from some of the fans who helped make it possible is even better. A must for any Firefly/Serenity fan.
I loved the series and liked the ending. It was cancelled before its time and there was petition for ending after the box set came out. So i am glad they actually though of consumer and wrote the ending for the series. I was just surprise they didn't just do tv movie they actually went really big on this which is nice. Die hard fans of serenity should watch this movie.
Have not seen this but i saw every episode of this seris. From the creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Sortof a Sci Fi western.. Stories were very good. loved the characters and the music.
