This was an amazing movie. I'm not quite sure as to why that is yet though because everything was so trippy and my mind is still trying to register that the movie was amazing. And even though this is still happening I actually understood everything that was going on ecxept for when some of my friends disturbed me and I missed like two words!
this film has a fabulously dark plot, which follows the "madness" of one Donnie Darko (i wish i had a name as cool as that) as he apparently slips deeper into a world of his own, or does he? Frank the rabbit's great too... nice touch.
I've watched it twice already, just one more or a few more won't hurt. <333
I'm not sure it matters or not if you don't completely get it. I get about 80% of it, but the rest completely throws me for a loop. I'm actually surprised that it was able to get made and I'm sure the creator was on some sort of hallucinegenic drug when (s)he wrote it.
