This one's not bad like every one says, although Lord Slug's weakness being whistling is pretty damn dumb. I must say that I found the music in the english version to be pretty cool.

The background music rocks and the action is just so cool .. Goku turns into a Super Sayian and that is simply awesome ... is good that piccolo knows the weak point of the Lord Slug and then they can defeat him

Ummm... didn't like the plot and doesn't fit into the storyline, but the fight scenes are sweet and as good as always. Guilty pleasure... again :P

the 1st movie with new voice actors and a new menacing villain. Now goku and his friends face off againest lord slug and his minions,and there`s great rock music in the background and the battles are intense and we even get to see the return of icarus and get to see goku in false super saiyan and find out that lord slug is a namek,but not just any ordinary namek,he`s a super namek.
We even get to see that piccolo can regrow his ears too,and at the end it shows a namek`s hand rise from the rubble and we think it`s lord slug but it turns out to be piccolo,seems by like the 5th movie he`s officially a good guy and by the end of the cell games saga he`s a good guy. -
MCT:November 10, 2006I hate Dragon Ball now, but still doesn't make the fact that I ever owned or saw all of the series including Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT (and each series' respective movies). This movie has to be one of the best ones on the DBZ series of movies. Lots of action, very nice animation and Goku at his best!

Ok, kind of an alternate story to the DBZ universe. Takes place some time between the Saiyan saga and the Namek saga, and feature a different type of Super Saiyan form.
