In this story, Dot is out to save the whales, or at least a certain whale in particular. While playing along the beach one day, Dot and a dolphin friend come across a very unhappy whale named Tonga. Tonga has washed up ashore and is in mortal danger from the cruel whale-hunters, not to mention a greedy owner of a fish shop. Something has to be done to save Tonga, and as usual, Dot has a few ideas about how to do just that. ~ Eleanor Mannikka, Rovi
