November 22, 2009A stylish, witty, and highly entertaining little horror romp with just the right amount of horror, humour, and gross out. This is Raimi back in top form, doing what he does best!

November 22, 2009Homage to old school horror from Raimi which starts promisingly but descends into mumbo jumbo. Nice set pieces and stirling work from Lohman can't hide a plot twist so obvious it might as well have been written large across the screen. Missed opportunity.

December 7, 2009This movie was a lot of fun as Sam Raimi went back to his Evil Dead style of film-making to tell this tale of a girl whos been cursed by a gypsy witch. Cool ending, although saw it coming but many laughs and scares along the way.
