    Laugh out loud funny. Everyone had imaginary friends when they were little. Maybe some of us still have them. Great family film that will make you laugh. There was some boring parts and that to me was the only bad thing.

    My favourite film when I was four years old. I watch it on Christmas Eve and at the end of the film I said "I love Drop Dead Fred".

    I didn't know about this until 2007! Wierd seeing I love Rik Mayall.

    Drop Dead Fred is alsome i love it anyway! it is funny, interesting and many different things u can think about.

    I watch it over and over again and it still makes me laugh so hard, especially when Elizabeth and Mikey are at the restaurant!

    I only new Rick Mayall from the show 'Bottom' he was just as funny in this movie. Everyone had an imaginary friend as a child. Although hopefully they werent as annoying as this one. Good film.

    The only things that save this movie are Phoebe Cates being absolutely irresistible and Rick Mayall just going way over the top. On second thought, I should probably rate this way better than I did.

    wow i have not seen this movie in ages but thought that this was a very funny movie..i think that rik mayall is a brilliant actor n he has done loads of kewl things on tv like the young ones, bottom, black adder, the tv show i cant remember what its called where he played alan b'stard, he is a tottally comic genius, this is 1 of my favourite movies because this is really funny 2 see..this is a good movie

    i used to love this film as a kid.
    rik mayall was funny as hell in it.and he seems to pull off gross parts in all his films!

    I Love this movie, me and my sister used to always watch this, our parents would get so mad at us for watching it. We know also every word to this movie, haha, Snot Face, SNot FACE! Where are you....lol I think im going to have to go watch it again, VERY good movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    A bit of a 'love it or hate it' sort of film. I will always love this film for what it is. It was made at a time before we became too jaded to enjoy such a thing. For me this film is a classic... some of the effects don't hold up, but it's really a wonderful movie.

    Fred is really just Richie from Bottom with ginger hair and a green outfit... Oh, and a bit less perverse too! Ok, maybe he's nothing like Richie from Bottom (a BBC sitcom for those who don't know) apart from the fact they're both played by Rik Mayall. However, they are both very funny characters. I love the bit with Mickey's grandma.. "Oh Grandma Bunce.." SPLASH!!!! Haha! It's in no way amazing or a classic, but it always puts a smile on my face :)

    I wish I had of watched this when I was a kid! I loved it, so much fun! My favorite was the mud pie scene, everyone should watch this movie because of that part!

    I HATE this movie. It's cast is annoying. It's plot is annoying. It's enough to send anyone "postal worker".

    I first saw this film when I in my early teens and watching this film again after all these years brought back a lot of silly memories.

    Rik Mayall is an absolute comedy genius, with the kind of childish humour that any child can relate to especially in an imaginary friend.
