September 6, 2009A Stephen Chow film where he uses his mystical powers in the world of gambling. When it becomes known he has these powers, organized crime elements try to stop him. Very funny - long before Kung Fu Hustle or Shaolin Soccer Stephen Chow still had prime comedic skills.
