"Dust Devil is quite simply a fascinating failure of a movie. It fails not for any lack of ideas, but because of intellectual overload. (The Final Cut)"
‑ Felix Gonzalez Jr., DVD Review
"There's potential here, but it feels like something got botched in the editing process."
‑ Luke Y. Thompson, New Times
"The flick doesn't do all that much for me, but there's little denying that some long overdue care and effort went into this DVD release."
