Only watched half of it, it was rather boring. Sorry Johnny.
Ed Wood is a movie that is creepy, clever, hilarious, touching, and entertaining all at the same time. Brilliant.
compelling, ah, but i would be so bias, im the no.1 fan of johnny depp, he is good and this role of his is not an exception, he can act he can deliver, so what is new
Another great masterpiece from Burton and Depp, if you haven't seen it; watch it!
Ah,Ed Wood. What can you say about him. Widely regarded as the "worst director of all time". His movies are far too entertaining to be called the worst. He is portrayed in the movie as a cross dressing young man who will do anything to make a movie. He has all the heart but no ta...( read more)
Pretty interesting story having one of the best directors Tim burton direct a movie about one of the worst ones ever. Johnny Depp is great as always followed with some other great actors, even sarah jessica parker isnt to bad in this. I wanna see some of the movies Ed Wood made t...( read more)
It's amazing how well everyone did in this, especially if you have seen Plan 9 from Outer Space. Although it's not so amazing if you know how much Tim Burton liked Edward D. Wood Jr.
Exceptional film from Depp-Burton. Flawless acting from the actors especially Martin Landau who was hilarious making this a quality Biographic-Drama-Comedy.
Very funny, Burton's a genius! His best work so far, the whole cast makes an excellent job!
Who knew we had such freaks in this country.
-Do you take Jesus Christ to be your lord and savior?
-Sure
In and out of print, one of, if not THE best Johnny Depp/Tim Burton collaborations. Damn funny, and TRUE!
I dont know if it ment as a comedy? But I found this movie to be a laugh more then anything.Johnny Depp was funny in this.I did'nt know that Ed Wood was a cross-dressing Hack. Not a bad movie to watch abit long though. And the whole thing is in black and white,I guess to give you t...( read more)
I love this movie for some reason. Cracks me up when he dresses like a woman.
Prett good movie and funny and entertaining. The life of Edward D. Wood,Jr, hailed as the worst director (of 'Plan 9 From Outer Space', 'Glen or Glenda?' and 'Bride of the Monster') of all time.
You are interested in the unknown. The mysterious. The unexplainable. That is why...( read more)
is a little funny but serious too i really enjoy this film and the work of two mans when be togother do wonderfulls things
Drama's usually put me to sleep. So I'm not actually sure why I liked this movie. Afterwards though I was extremely interested in Ed Wood, but alas, didn't watch any of his movies until years later. Although they suck, I have quite a bit of respect for him, mainly due to this movie.
I would say one of the best performances by Johnny Depp. His acting was so good that he even made Ed Wood seem an interesting director
This was just great. Martin Landau did a superb job of portraying Bela Lugosi and succesfully made me love him. Johnny Depp, as usual, did a magnificent job telling the story, and his personality was just sunny! Lovely.
IN MY TOP 10: A must for Tim Burton fans, Johnny Depp fans, Ed Wood fans or anyone who enjoys old B-grade horror films. It may not be a particuarly honest bio-pic but that's hardly the point. It's a loving tribute to the tragically awful (but infectiously optimistic and determine...( read more)
Quirky and strange, but i enjoyed it. Martin Landau as Bela Lugosi was brilliant, and i loved Vampira.
Delightfully entertaining, uniquely inspiring, the best film about the people who didn't make it in Hollywood, perhaps because it seems to suggest the biggest thing separating those from success is not talent but luck.
A quirky true story about the man who was considered the ?worst Director?, told in a slight tongue and cheek manner, yet creatively put together and made for interesting viewing.
This is the type of film that will probably appeal more to those who have an interest in all aspec...( read more)
