October 22, 2006Disappointing. This had all the right elements. David Mamet. William H. Macy. A depraved man, seedy underworld, and a heavy dose of fate. It had flashes of brilliance and didn't blink at pushing the envelope. Too bad it was in service of a contrived catharsis and flat philosophy.
