D'Arcy and the girls make their way to a seemingly idyllic island, where they come across a huge spider's web-and the dessicated body of a scientist. The giant spider sinks its teeth in D'Arcy, turning the poor fellow into a werewolf! Then the fun begins, depending upon your idea of fun. This movie is horrible. There is little to no plot, and it's mostly some girls fighting over guys and stuff. Where were the horrors of this spider island? Don't see this movie, it's bad.

A dozen female dancers are stranded on a tropical island infested by a radioactive spider whose bite turns the male manager into a raving spider-man. This bizarre, badly dubbed catalogue of 1960s male chauvinist fantasies is a treat for admirers of the Ed Wood school of filmmaking.

The Movie Poster is Much Better Then The Movie. I got this One in The Mill Creek 50 Movie Pack Sci-Fi. Its in Black and White, made 1959, but tio me looks like a 1940 flix. Gary picks 8 Women at a Talent Search (Hello American Idol) On the way to Singapore there plane crashes, Nose first all engines on fire in the ocean, every one makes it except the Pilot and Co pilot (Think some one needs to look in to this bet Gary Axed them off set). Well Gary has it made I mean he washes up on Island with 8 women, but poor gfuy gets bit by spider and turns into the Ugly Spiderman. (Tough Luck Gary). Anyway we don;'t see him often, but 2 guys show up on the island and they have fun with all the women, when Gary went missing they didn't get upset or look for Gary to Long. One Mistake in Film, begining of movie when all women are together looking at cabin, you see a camera man rise up behind a tree (did I hear Cut). Any way But the poster and get a six pack and if someone makes you watch this one, well what can I say, drink up.

I watched this movie via Mystery Science Theatre 3000, so for my it was highly enjoyable. Also the giant spider guy looked more like a werewolf. 5 stars for awesomely bad movie category and 1/2 star for actual film category, so I'll make my real rating in between...
