The storyline is more of a story thread, wherein the preceding Emmanuelle (Sylvia Kristel) decides to go to Brazil for total plastic surgery in order to escape an ex-lover (Patrick Bauchau). She emerges as a blond with a new, virginal body (Mia Nygren) and proceeds to go after the very lover she wanted to avoid in the first place.
