This was completely different to what I expected. I thought it might be a cross between Deathline and Midnight Meat Train but it ended up being all about a load of religious nutters believing that demons are going to take anybody who they leave alive.
There was a kind of twist wh...( read more)ere the demons could actually be real (as shown on the DVD sleeve which ruins it for everybody) but it's still one of those films where you are left to wonder a bit at the end.
Performances were very good and it had some nice gore too. I wasn't completely happy with the ending but it all entertained me. It's Canadian so it has that "feel" about it if you know what I mean but it could just as easily be European because it's a lot better than any of the American films that I've seen this year or last year.
The heroine of the film, Ilona Elkin, reminded me a lot of Shannen Doherty which is no bad thing. In fact it's just down to her performance alone that I liked this a lot more. Some of the other characters were a bit "two-dimensional" but that's just the way of horror films anyway.
"End of the Line" is a solid 6 out of 10. There's some good use of tension and atmosphere. I recommend it.

Very enjoyable low budget horror.Acting could be better but not enough to put you off.Very creepy and some gory sences and the end of the world themeis nicely done which makes this a above horror fair.

Not a lot of originality at work, but it's a solid little Canadian indie horror flick.

It's low budget limitations show and the acting can be painful at times to watch but that still doesn't keep it from being a fun, occasionally gory, end of the world thriller.
Plus I really dug that you had to pay attention from the beginning to fully get the ending of the film.

When a young nurse who just so happens to alao work the nightshift in the mental ward of a local hospital boards the very last train home only to have it stop suddenly in the middle of the tunnel thats when things go bad to worse as people start being killed around her one by one...( read more) now Karen and a small group of surviors must face off among supernatural forces and some very crazed cult members. Really well done horror thriller does kinda lose it self in the end but never takes away from the movie overall and should be a must watch for some horror fan as it has a good story plenty of gore to go along with it.

A really good scary movie which made me jump out of my seat a couple of times. A cult of religious zealots who think it's Judgement Day go nuts and attack any person not a member of their group on the last subway train. All radio, TV and communcations in the outside world have be...( read more)en taken over and the world is in chaos. The band of survivors must fight their way through the underground tunnels in order to escape. I was really impressed with this low budget Canadian horror. As well as a doomsday scenario involving religious nutjobs there are signs of a demon invasion happening too. Whether it's in the imagination of the survivors is up to interpretation. End Of The Line starts with a bang then slows down halfway through before picking up again in the final third. The claustrophobic setting of the train and the tunnels work well. The movie is also incredibly gory. I loved it. One for the gorehounds out there.

an alright thriller with some not bad effects and gore but it had some parts that were just dumb and made it boring and the ending could of been alot better

A pretty effective Canadian subway thriller about religious zealots "saving" people by killing them. Some cool stylized shots and above-par acting for such a low budget overcome some obvious budgeting issues and an all too convient patient where the main character (she's a nurse)...( read more) works.

Very enjoyable small-budget flick that is sure to keep you away from the subway and even further away from religion (as if you needed an excuse for that..) Some of the acting is a little shoddy, but the make-up effects are extremely well done for such a small budget movie and fea...( read more)tures a scene that rivals, in creepiness, the elevator scene in "The Eye."
