Her dream is shattered when she discovers her husband is anything but perfect. His abusive behavior forces her to go on the run, eluding an increasingly obsessive Mitch and his lethal henchmen. When, despite Slim's efforts to make a new life, Mitch finds her and threatens her again, she puts Gracie in safe keeping, toughens herself mentally and physically and sets out to prove to Mitch she's had enough.

The ending is worth watching. J-Lo kicks ass in this movie!

Enough takes a reasonable premise - a battered wife tires of running and decides to fight back - and completely ruins it with an laughably bad screenplay filled to the brim with clichés and absurd situations. Waitress Slim marries wealthy construction firm manager Mitch Hiller. ...( read more)But after she gives birth to a daughter Gracie, Slim discovers that Mitch is seeing other women. When she confronts him, he beats her and then starts to try to control everything she does, spying on her wherever she goes. She decides to leave, but after she does so he traces her and sends hired thugs to harass her friends, telling her that if he can?t have her he will make sure nobody else can. She adopts a false name and hides all over the country but he continues to trace her. Eventually she decides that the only way to ever be free is to train herself how to fight and to then return and kill him. Enough does have a nice selection of quirky supporting characters, none of the actors are used to good effect. Noah Wyle, best known for playing Dr. Carter on ER, pops up as a sinister buddy of Campbell's. And while he does seem to be having a good time playing the complete opposite of his ER character, the screenplay never gives him anything more to do than snarl viciously.

Surprisingly watchable thriller turned revenge flick that really threw my expectations for a loop. Jennifer Lopez pulls off a pretty good performance (for her) and while the story is predictable and has been done many times over, you can't help but ride it out to the end, if only...( read more) to see some ass kicking. It's not 'high art' by any means, but its predictable mediocrity is an entertaining enough way to kill a couple of hours. Will get the girls more hyped up than a bucket of espresso!

All I remember from this movie is the end but that's ok because that part kicked butt.

If you want revenge and you have two guns in your power, why not trying to beat your (stronger) enemy to death? And if you use tools in the process, why not "hiding" them at the actual crime scene? Definitely my choices, and you sure would get away with it.
