One of the worst comedies that I've ever watched. Everything about this movie was bad...the acting, storyline & characters. It was hell to sit through it. Thank God I didn't watch when it was released because I would have demanded my money back.
This movir actually wasnt to bad. One of the better spoof movies i can tell you that. :) it wasnt the best movie of course but by far on the better side of spoof movies.
Incredibly silly - as most parody movies are, but this had very few (if any!) truly laughable moments - oh actually I liked the girl falling on the Paris Hilton lookalike's head if only it were the real chick lol but otherwise this movie is DIRE - one of the worst of its genre.
This is bad. Real bad! It is definitely the worst comedy I've ever seen in my life. It's not only not funny, but it's stupid. Really stupid. We're talking dumber than Family Guy. Dumber than Farrelly Brothers movies. It's more than dumb too, it's sick. Without having any good ideas to be able to defend the sickness about it. Almost every single joke in this movie is rotten. And it's over 80 minutes of attempted jokes. So, you have to figure that there are probably over a hundred jokes here. Only maybe 4 or 5 of them work.
Dear Crispin Glover, I'm a huge fan of yours and your work not only as an actor, but also as a recording artist, writer, among other things and it made me sad to see that you just give away you talents to a movie such as this. Maybe they offered you a shit load of money and you thought 'hey, this is easy money' or maybe you were under the influence of some bad substance. Either way, please Mr. Glover, don't let this ever happen again! For the love I have for you, I do forgive you for doing this one...
However, to the creators of "Epic Movie" and all the other "___ Movie" that has been made or will be made, you are a fucking plague and the world would be a better place if you dropped dead. "Epic Movie" is another film to be added in the "worst movie ever" hall of shame.
looking back at it i didnt couldnt give it 4 stars so i gave it 3. this is because it was ok. i cant say it was brilliant or crap but it was in the middle for me. there were a few funny bits in the film but i think it could have been a little bit better.
These spoof movies are really getting dull. Especially when you consider how good scary movie was and how quickly that whole series went downhill. These films are basically just a chance for comedy writers to be lazy and avoid thinking up plots or proper jokes. This spoof is probably the worst I've seen...
Wrong, wrong, wrong! Then how comes I enjoyed it? The mock up of Captain Jack Sparrow was brilliant but please don't do a Scary Movie and make sequels.
Get me out of here. From 4 of the writers of the mediocre Scary Movies comes the far more than mediocre Epic Movie. It is so epic that it is probably this years worst film. It is thoughtless, stupid, and low. It is a terrible teen flick with adult actors. I despite this film. The only thing I liked were the amount of random Playmates especially Sara Jean Underwood who was in the Pirate song.
This is the true example of comedy meets stupidity,but the stupidity proportion is too big,which i found far-far bigger than the comedy itself.Not funny,and as usual,very,very dumb.Strictly for dumb people.
This movie made me laugh my ass off. Really interesting to watch and see some of my favourite characters being made fun of by this movie. Something to release stress.
Terrible movie...Actually, the parodied movies thing wasn't a bad idea at all.. But how they got the story is the most important, and this movie was pretty bad... It wasn't funny at all, yet it just boring and some are just disgusting... The cast was terrible too.. I don't know why Kal Penn wants to star in a movie like this... It just make his name goes worser... And I don't know too why people still loving this types of movies, so it never stopped to be made since it began...
50% stupid, 50% funny!
Hahaha... the Willy Wonka's Fergalicious was funny..
And 'The kids have escaped' part was hilarious!
But the ending was so stupid, too stupid...
