MCT:July 8, 2006As the last movie in the series, I think that this one loses some of the magnetism that attracted me to the Ernest movies in the first place. So, not my favorite picture as it lacks the wit of the other movies.

MCT:June 18, 2006I am proud that none of my Flixster friends have seen this movie. That says something about my accept/reject discretion. What can be said about this movie that hasn't already been said about all of the others? It's the same extra campy crap. Don't watch it and you too could become a Flixster friend of mine.

I like Earnest, I really do. Jim Varney, I'm a big fan of (RIP). But when he eventually goes to the army, much like his predecessor Polly Shore, it just doesn't add up. Sorry Jim.
But personally I enjoyed the movie, but that's just because I love the man.
