    Very funny movie I hope everyone gets a chance to see. Thanks to CountessPilu for turning me on to this one.

    WEB / PAN AND SCAN: Alborotosa, pero muy, muy graciosa. En general, una comedia bien hecha. / Loud, but very, very funny. In all, a well made comedy.

    Finally I managed to watch this Argentinian comedy, so fondly recommended by one of my Flixster friends... First I should say it was quite straining for me to watch - due to all the screaming I had to put all my concentration and I am still sure I probably missed some of the biti...( read more)ng comments in this dark-humoured tale about an irritating, fairly crazy grandmother, suddenly universally glorified when her tragic death is assumed. Nevertheless I thought it was pretty funny as it went on, even though I usually prefer a more absurd kind of humour.

    sencillamente genial........nos pinta a los argentinos de cuerpo y alma.......imperdibles actuaciones.....la vi muchas veces y cada vez me rio mas.......sencillamente fantastica.

    This is THE classic of the Argentinian movies. It's hilarious. It shows you some typical families fighting for a typical problem. All the characters are so well defined. Anyway, you should really see this one.
