I thought this was a good movie; a tear-jerker. It definitely had a great cast.

December 13, 2007A Heart-Felt film that made you think about memories past. How can you not like this film with such a A-List of stars. I really thought that a lot was going on in this film. It wasn't at all confusing but you really needed to watch it the whole time. The cast of characters in this film all told a story. I love Ellen Atkins and I agree that Vanessa Redgrave was above all most amazing and wonderful. But the girl that stood out for me was the look-alike Mamie Gumer for Meryl Streep whom did a great job and hope to see acting in other films. This film did not have the greatest ending but everything else was charming and a must see for the year. 4stars

Not Sure How They Managed To Go Wrong Really Had The Potential To Be A Great Movie.
But It Just Didnt Get There.
I Was Bored & By The Time It Got Anywhere It Was Over Not To Mention The Ending Turned Out To Be Very Dull. -
July 2, 2007By the way, Evening was not hard to follow at all. If you pay attention, listen to every word and remember what happened last, it's quite simple to understand. Absolutely brilliant in every way.
