A good film with a fun story about a salaryman Koala who is successful in everything... except outrunning his guilty conscience.
Though the film is silly, I like how it is essentially about forgiving past transgressions. Different Asian countries have long held grudges against one another for past sins (though I'm as white as Ivory Soap, I have heard Asians worry about other Asians possibly hating them for their ancestor's war crimes, attitudes, etc). Having the Japanese Koala's nemesis being Korean was an intelligent way of pointing out these unfortunate feelings and giving the Koala a guilty conscience for things he possibly never did himself was a stroke of genius.
Still, without reading into it, it's still a fun film that is certain to entertain fans of the bizarre.
