Intrusive and obnoxious... Moores the heavyweight asshole of the US. Thats why we love him.
  • November 16, 2009
Just like Bowling for Columbine, this is an amazing documentary. Unfortunatly it recieved some very mixed reviews up on it's realise. Moore quite bravely stuck his head up a little too high with this film, attacking Bush at a time when he was still pretty popular amongst the Am...( read more)erican public. I guess it just goes to prove how blinded to the truth people can really be. Moore should be applauded for this highly controvercial documentary. All that aside, it's also very funny. Perhaps not as good as Bowling for Columbine, but never the less, an excellent film.

I saw it in high school, didn't know nothin' bout politics. There was so much buzz around this movie, it was stupid. It was released when a lot of the country still supported Bush, so Michael Moore's Bush bashing was controversial. The way Bush was portrared in the clips is no...( read more)w the commonplace opinion of him. The idiotic Bush clips are great, everybody likes those, but this documentary is all over the place. It's not focused on one thing, Moore's ranting about everything, especially gun control. I was lost for most of it but man the Bush clips are great.

    Documental muy a la americana

Muy buen documental. Parece que a nadie le cayo el 20 al verlo.

Moore may have some of the most biased documentaries that's ever been made but with this film, he shared the same opinion of the Bush administration with 95% of the world's population. It's because of that and the lengthy research that this guy does with every documentry, that I ...( read more)give this 9/10. Perhaps I would like to see some of the Democrats being interviewed but apart from this it's very well made and no doubt depicts what what the idiots of the Bush administration were doing during that period of time.

Definatly, worth watching, although if you're an avid Republican, probably best avoid. One of the better documentaries on the circumstances around the 9/11 attacks and Iraq.

Recomendation: If you did enjoy this, check out Taxi To The Dark Side

The first Michael Moore film I have ever watched. I have resisted all of his films, because I feel that they would be very unbalanced. Of course, this is VERY ANTI-BUSH and somewhat ANTI-Repblican, but there is plenty of FACTUAL information here to take in, absorb and form YOUR O...( read more)WN opinion! This film does focus more on the events post-9/11. This was made 5 years ago; it's hard to believe that the war in IRAQ is STILL going on! Overall, the content is disturbing and sad (regardless of your politics), but the film itself is compellling and very watchable.

very good, but yes it does have its own agenda, but michael isn't larger than life in this documentary.
I did like how it showed that both sides were utterly suffering from all the losses to help put some objectivity into the examination of moral obligations in the conflict.

I hate michael moore patton oswalt has about as good arguments as this guy except knowing his limitations he keeps his distance from political stuff... people are just so gullible I see why this piece of crap sold. Yes the country is heading in a bad direction nice job Einstein t...( read more)he question is what is Moore doing to help, this stupid movie?

  • October 2, 2009
very moore. exaggerated and funny at the same time.
  • September 27, 2009
Michael Moore is a pretentious ass. Why hasn't anyone shot him yet?
  • September 20, 2009
Michael Moore, with some more interesting info. Love him or hate him. (I kinda like him) he makes good movies. Thought provoking to say the least. Not that I need more reason to dislike or distrust W, Michael Moore adds some interesting facts (?) to the mix.
  • September 16, 2009
I love some of the American reviews on this very page; "Michael Moore is an idiot. You might not like Bush, but you respect him because of the office he holds" That was written a couple of year ago now, when W was still in office but it goes to show the ridiculous and frightenin...( read more)g 'Brainwashing' America undergoes all in the name of patriotism. My only concern with this film is the fact Moore holds back, I realise why he had/has to but it meant he focussed too much on one point and not on the whole story. Still, another great doc from Mr. Moore.

Doesn't go as far as some 9/11 "exposees" but, as always, Moore makes you stop and think

This movie is great. It proves just how much George W. Bush was indeed the most lousiest President in the history of the United States of America. It also proves just how much that 9/11 was an inside job/government conspiracey by the Pesident George W. Bush. After all the facts are ...( read more)in this movie about how the President George W. Bush authorized the flights out of this country by severy of Osama Bin Ladens' family members. The President lied to this country about the whole entire war because he wanted to get more money for himself and all of the big oil companies. After seeing this movie I not only hate Republicans even more I also hate Democrats too.The reason is because if the Democrats would have stood up to the fixed election then all of this crap with 9/11 and the whole war would have never existed.
  • August 28, 2009
I have very limited opinions in regards to both George W. Bush and Michael Moore. As a fairly neutral viewer, I admire this movie for what it is... manipulative, well-made and daring. It's a fascinating film that leaves lots of room for debate and discussion. Although it didn't a...( read more)chieve what Moore wanted it to, I still think it's a movie that filmgoers should give a look.
  • August 11, 2009
    you can't handle the truth!!!!
  • July 21, 2009
Michael Moore does it time and time again
  • July 17, 2009
What I find to be the greatest of hypocrisies is the apparent villification of Moore by those who have yet to see the film. There has been an ever growing group of "Americans" that believe that if you are not towing the line of belief in every step with this administration then y...( read more)ou are unpatriotic. I\'m sorry, I thought McCarthyism had died. Believe it or not it IS possible to support our troops and not support the distorted administration that commands them. As Americans it is our duty to question our leaders especially when it appears that they are eroding the principles of our Constitution and the fundamental foundationon on which our country rest. Simply because one does not support the Patriot Act does not make one unpatriotic. Michael Moore is to be commended. He asks the questions that many either refused or were too afraid to ask before the present conflict. We need to commend W on his handling of Afghanistan immediately after 911 but we must also be mindful of his obvious mishandling of Iraq. Thanks Michael for not being a sheep. We must consider ALL of the facts.

    im in love with M.Moore
  • July 13, 2009
As a staunch hater of Bush, it is my sad duty to report that this documentary simply is not good. I think Moore rushed himself a little to get it released before the election. Its arguments are clumsy, unconvincing and reaching. Conspiracy theories don't rub me the right way w...( read more)ith this administration. I think Bush was a dingbat who really thought he is doing well; that he has blood on his hands is certain, but I hardly think he is up late at night having long chats with his buddy bin Laden.

    learnt alot about america
  • July 8, 2009
Brilliant! Mr. Moore is one of my heroes.
  • July 7, 2009
This is a decent documentry about the events after and before 9/11. Michael Moore shows us the connecting people and events that are linked to the terrorist and President George Bush and his political party. The films shows some interesting stuff and is well done. Moore's approa...( read more)ch to the subject is his usual stuff of trying to get in the face of some politicians and demand some answers. The films brings up some good points and is very well done. The film is interesting and worth watching at least once.

I found this movie so true and right on the button. I might not agree on some things but a must see.
  • June 23, 2009
    Excellent for an American
  • June 22, 2009
Whatever you think of Michael Moore or George Bush is irrelevant. This documentary is unfocused and sloppily thrown together. Moore tried to cram too much info about too many different points to make any of them well.
  • June 22, 2009
Check out the "Fifty-nine Deceits in Fahrenheit 9/11" and moore's pitiful attemps to respond at: http://www.davekopel.com/Terror/Fiftysix-deceits-in-Fahrenheit-911.htm

Totally sensational! The people who doesnt like documentaries should watch it too.It reminds how suck was bush.Really you are swearing at him whole the movie because what he had done. But it is still a happy movie because of narrating dialogs and mind of Michael Moore and music. It ...( read more)is a happy movie about bad happenings. Some parts you are being so sad and angry that you cant laugh but then you hear Michael Moore's voice and see goofs of bush. And that makes you laugh. And Michael Moore and his crew should have been worked hard for this movie. So Cannes Juries give them Golden Palm. And here is something funny:They got 4 Razzie Award.George bush for worst actor,Britney Spears for Worst Supporting actress,Donald Rumsfeld for Worst supporting actor and Condolezza Rice and bush for Worst Screen Couple.Really deserves these Razzie Awards.
If we get to the information that this movie gives:I'm a Turk (and I'm lovin' it) so the ?nformations about bush,Iraq,America, bin ladin family,9/11,World Trade Center...really lighten me up.But i dont know if it doesnt do the same impression.Anyway it was impressive for me...
  • June 20, 2009

    no thanks not for me
  • June 16, 2009
Full of some kind of information, that's for sure. But I really didn't understand what he was talking about. He seemed to be saying the Bush Administration was partly responsible for 9-11 happening but he never came right out and said it. At least, that's the message I thought th...( read more)e movie was delivering and I know I'm not alone. That's a dangerous statement to make, even now years later. This is the kind of movie made for a DVD release and the bonus features make this into a movie all about the events following 9-11. It might have been a better movie if they focused more on the way Americans of Middle-Eastern heritage were treated after the storm of paranoia delivered unto us by way of Fox News-type sources making us afraid of all Middle-Eastern people. As it is now, it just doesn't have the true intelligence and bite of Bowling for Columbine.
