  I must admit, I was wildly disappointed in this film. Accompanying a poor performance from its melodramatic heroine (Swain), the dialogue feels as though it were written for an after-school special rather than a horror movie. Mediocre casting (with the one exception of Kier, who ...( read more)seems to have done all he could with a shoddy role), boring characters & a plot that has been burrowed into the ground - I wouldn't recommend this film unless you intend to lower your IQ points... It's not even bad in a funny way.

  I just saw this movie and it wasn't bad as i thought it was going to be..The plot of the story evolves to 'PICASSO" a serial killer who is taking advantage of blackouts in the city to carve up his victims... story also makes a half-assed attempt to explain why the Police radios...( read more) won't work during a blackout, and why the buildings phones won't work, but it never really mentions why no one has a mobile. It also doesn't explain why the Picasso killer is trying to create his own Mona Lisa.... something doesn't add up there...In my overall opinion it gets points for effort and it will keep you occupied somehow while watching...
