Yes, I'm a huge Jessica Alba fan. I know she's not the best actress in the world, but no one can deny that she looks good up on the big screen. However, I have to admit that she wasn't the best choice to play Susan Storm. Ben Grimm and Johnny Storm were well-cast, while Reed and ...( read more)Susan just didn't work.

As for the rest of the movie, it's not as fun as Iron Man, it's not as intense as The Dark Knight, and it's not as eye-catching as the Spider-Man movies. Fantastic 4 doesn't do any one thing particularly well, but it does a lot of things adequately. It's simply an average superhero movie.

A poor comic adaptation with a poor story line and a wooden cast.

Hmmm the story is introduced well and it shows you exactly what happens, its well done but very childish. The whole idea of the Fantastic 4 is babyish really, not as cool as Batman or Blade. The cast are abit D-list and dont really liven things up and as usual there's too much cgi.

Although both idea and effects were really good in this film, I did feel it lacked a little storyline as a Superhero film, I'm sure this was just to line it up nicely for the sequel/s, but it didn't thrill me as much as expected.

at times a bit childish in humour or drama but it couldn't be easy to try and make someone stretching seem realistic so it has its pros and its cons. the acting aint great... but some of the action sequences are. i especially enjoyed the scene on the bridge. while it's not one of...( read more) the better comic book to film adaptions and it struggles at times... it's still a decent effort and should be praised as one

J Alba in her tights is worth watching the movie. Some nice effects too.
