I fear nothing apart from maybe a sequel to this rubbish film!

A very good thriller, I was very surprised I've not heard this mentioned before as it stars a young Reese Witherspoon and Mark Wahlberg. A little slow to start and predictable but a very good tense ending with some memorable scenes! Very enjoyable check it out if you missed it to.

Very creepy movie! It makes a girl scared to date any guy. Gotta love Mark though :)

Scary movie. Seen a few like this. Out of control kids want to make havoc on good guy's home. I didn't like the role portrayed by Nicole's father. He seems to be as childish as David, Nicole's beau.

    creepy but good thriller

When teenager Nicole falls in love with this charming guy she gets so swept away that she would never think that he could be up to no good. She loves him more than anything else in this world and immediately gets blinded. Her father soon notices something fishy about this guy and...( read more) tries to get her to end this relationship but with no success. When Nicole finally sees the reality she ends the relationship, but David doesn't accept this breakup so he's determined to get her back. Suprisingly good movie.

Great movie, although it was somewhat predictable. Not recommended for kids under 13. A certain scene is pretty...inappropriate.

I don't know why, but I never liked Reese Witherspoon's acting. If it wasn't for Mark Wahlberg's perfectly acted creepy sociapath character, I would of gave this a horrible rating. He really knows how to switch roles and get whoever he's around to believe he's the right guy. With...( read more) his charming, innocent-like demeanor and his downright sadistic intent, Wahlberg can play it all. In Fear, he introduces that impeccably and with such provocative swagger that it will have you looking twice into your own "perfect" relationship. He's everything you wanted and what you feared in love. Alyssa Milano provides some alluring intentions of her own.

Pretty good suspense flick and worth checking out just to see Wahlberg's dark side, he definitely knew how to play a creepy sociopath. The plot is quite simple and predictable but it accomplishes what it's trying to do, creating tension. On the downside, Witherspoon overacts way ...( read more)too much. The father (played by Petersen) is pretty childish, he is partially responsible for escalating the whole situation.
