Plot: One evening at a rural bar, a motley bunch of patrons struggle to survive a ravenous family of flying beasts bent on eating all of them.
A weird, funny, gross-out horror movie that breaks a lot of the rules of horror and is a blast to watch.
This movie is a must see for any true Horror Fan, a spatter fest from beginning to end with a Evil Dead feel. I give it 2 thumbs up!....
This movie was all right - decent creatures and all right horror "plot" - but it treated the audience like morons by throwing stats up on the screen trying to be cute. We get it - it's a typical movie with the "hero types" and whatever - we don't need you to tell us - we aren't stupid.
The film is the result of the TV show Project Green Light, but don't let that thwart you. At the least, it's got cult classic written all over it: --campy, smart writing --quirky characters that are developed enough to give them dimension without plummeting the depths of their personalities --a movie that doesn't take itself too seriously --outrageously funny, totally scared the crap out of me numerous times --a plot that defies predictability, but doesn't collapse as a result of it. Arriving at an isolated bar, Bozo, (Balthazar Getty) and his friend Hot Legs, (Josh Zuckerman) quickly rub the other patrons, Boss Man, (Duane Whitaker) Tuffy, (Krista Allen) Honey Pie, (Jenny Wade) and the Bartender, (Clu Gulager) the wrong way. When a young couple, (Eric Dane) and his wife, (Navi Rawat) burst into the bar bandying tales about a ravenous group of creatures heading their way, they quickly laugh them off only for the creatures to launch a massive attack and successfully kill off several bar-members. Trapped inside and with no idea how to get free, they try to decide on a course of action only for the attacks to get more severe with every attempt tried. With their numbers dwindling and daylight approaching, the group decides on a desperate course of action to get away from the bar and the creatures.
Feast" does not have story, but it is gruesome, gore, trash and funny. There are no explanations about the origin of the monsters, but disgusting and nasty special effects in the fast-paced and ridiculous attacks of the creatures that does not give time for thinking how silly the story is. The conclusion is a great joke.
I wanted to like this much more than I did, because the husband and I watched Project Greenlight. It's worth a watch. It is funny.

You're not sick enough to see a good horror movie even if it was shoved up your ass!
I second that. This movie I can only describe as the shittiest phucking ass-est dick-est suck penix-est shit movie I have seen this second half of year. Shit acting, shit cheap "horror"(ish?) storyline, gay settings (the setting is in a gay bar or something where the hookers look like men), shit use of colour, shit monster design, shit creativity, shit idea. Whomever wrote this piece of crap should get a golden idiot trophy of the year award, and for the director whom directed it, quit life.
I honestly can't believe that I watched this piece of crap.Bad acting, bad monsters, lousy plot,Most likely to be the worst "Horror" movie ever made. It's simply Awful!!!!!!!
