Had the potential of being a very good movie but ended up being a mediocre movie with intesting themes in it. A story of a Turkish girl living in Denmark, stuck in between her conservative family and her Danish friends, having passion for only one thing in the world: martial arts...( read more). Decent movie but could be much better if the director kept away from the cliches of the genre.

A slice of life movie with sprinkles of martial arts. Sadly, the realistic tournament-style fight scenes were diluted by unnecessary stylized direction and style. I never thought i would see an action film from a country like Denmark. So, i was pleasently surprise by this very good film. A very well acted human drama, that portrays a turkish family living in this nordic nation, but with all their culture intact. The acting is top notch, specially by itīs charismathic and athletic protagonist. Just see it, i fully recommend it to anyone.

Story is excellent and it's delightful ...( read more)to see a fighting movie where a main role went to girl!

An ok fighter movie which has a religious e undertone through out, which unlike many films of this type gives it its real "feel".Some nice action scenes, and moments of sadness.A real coming of age movie which is not like the others.
