There are differences in the dialogue, especially with a certain character who speaks fluent jibba-jabba-nonsense.
Brillent! its storyline runs smoothly on from final fantasy XII and its spin off games and anime. Action packed with some really cool fight scenes and watxhing certain scenes bought back to life from the origanal game with exelent quality hits me right their (pounds on heart... have i said that some where before.. meh) Watch it you final fantasy buffs!!! if not.. meh still good film :D
1 hell of a great movie!!!y not? cloud wif a new bike,new sword,new enemies,new version of omnislash...great graphics n music....gonna luv the fighting scenes....the battle between sephiroth n cloud:extreme if it lasted longer the city might be reduced to dust...hope square enix make more ff movies
it is one of the best, and it's a true final fantasy film. GET IT AND KEEP IT! THERE ARE NO MORE COPIES! they should have made more, but oh well. it is officially a RARE movie. search. find. keep.
Absolutely breath taking, its nice to see a company be able to go back to an old story and continue it and do it justice (take heed Lucas!). The remixes of the music such as One Winged Angel are excellent, I especially enjoyed some of the piano arrangements. One to watch for all fans of animation and especially Final Fantasy.
amazing CGI and a very good sequel to a very good game, my only complaint is the random electric guitar solos in the background of the amazing orchestra.... wtf is with that.. oh and watch it with englih subtitles because the english voice acting is rather bad.. oh yea the fights are good to... andm y parting words... SEPHIROPH (sung in a very orchistral opra-chior voice)
The most badass high soring action movie ever. with just a touch of fantasy and mystery this is a must see even if you didn't play the Final Fantasy 7 vidoe game
Highly mesmerizing animation with action scenes that could have The Matrix loosing its nerve. Stick's too true to the fans, but it's a beautiful film with terrific mood settings.
I love this movie, it is one of the best out there, because of the graphics, to get the storyline though you would have to have played to final fantasy series to get the story.

If you're looking for characters that make sense, dialogue that makes sense, or a story that may even remotely resemble something that once made sense, pass. If you want jaw-dropping cutting edge CG that rivals (surpasses?) Pixar, and to see your favorite FFVII characters look (and fight) like gods, this is for you. Unwatchable if you didn't beat the game, but FFVII fans will love this.
Unbeatable by any other animation movies, it is of excellent CG quality and all things appear extremely life-like. A great addition to my movie collecion
WOW! Its been said a tone of times... but im going to say it again... A MUST SEE FOR ANY FFVII FAN!!!!! Stunning CGI!! Poor English dub, but excellent in Japanese!
this film is the DB of CG animation, im not sayin this because im a fan of it, but seriously, it has got plenty of action, drama and background info of alot of the favourite characters within the videogame....definatly a must see
Best movie EVER MADE!!! Just watch it once in english so you know how the characters sound then the rest of the time watch it in japanese... it sounds better that way!!
