and i wanna play this game
by the way this game had remember me tekken i hope the film from tekken gonna be as good as this one
I loved it. Amazing CG animation and graphics....it was so real! The action scequences were spectacular and so much fun to watch! My personal favorite scene was when Cloud was fighting Yazoo, Loz and Kadaj in the Forgotten City. I give it 100 stars!
Yeah, right, it's nice, well designed and full of actions with good soundtrack. But they should've ended Final Fantasy VII when the game finished. IT'S OVER, stop ressurrecting the characters and all.
How frustrating is this!?! It looks beautiful, there are some wonderful sci-fi moments, it's all very strange... so far so good! But it wastes two-thirds of its running time in predictable, plot-stalling set-piece fight scenes. As do the FF games, of course, but what's acceptable as a game mechanic where you're involved in controlling the action isn't acceptable as storytelling. To be honest this probably only deserves a 2, but the beautiful, sad, mysterious atmosphere earn it an extra *.
This is a love letter to the fans. If you have not played the source material, you will have no way of keeping up. If you are a fan, then this was made for you.
I'T IS A GOOD MOVIE.This was such a damn good movie!!!!!! it kicks ass (cloud kicks ass) and the animatoin and details were so amazing!!!!!!! my favorite part was when that huge uh....... dragon thing came and when denzil or however you spell his name said "son of a bitch" for what it did to Tifa, lol yea kinds imature but its one of ma fav parts o_O teehee, Kadaj has kitty eyes....oh yea, so does loz a yazoo or w\e,lol
Highly recommended to the final fantasy VII fanatics. It is the continuation of final fantasy VII the game. Great action cuts, flawless computer generated characters.

'My Reuionion i Bet ur Dying to Watch'
A very good movie i cant stop watching it i have watched so many time and if any 1 doesnt understand the whole story on the 2 disc Collectors edition will tell u and personaly i have been told i look like Kadaj But that was when my hair was dyed gray i could also do a good impression of him
Wow, this movie should have been called "Cloud is depressed", because that's just about what happens. Clouds walks around depressed, fighting scenes, Clouds get more depressed, more fighting... Come on, where is the Cloud I got to know from the game? The brave person? The guy with the attitude? I mean, he wasn't a whiner by the end of the game. In this movie, he does nothing but walking around being overly depressed. I almost fell asleep watching this movie. All the characters lack personality, you see them do things, but you don't feel it. And who are the three silverhaired guys? Never explained. Why do the other characters like Vincent, Cid, Yuffie and the gang get so little screentime? Why do they only help once, then leave it all to Cloud? Never explained. It's just a gigantic plothole, you watch random action scenes and Cloud trying to get over his depression. I could have written a much better story in 5 minutes!
Hard to follow at times but engaging for almost the same reason, the kinetic fight scenes tend to amaze more than confuse. Those that are hardcore fans will wonder though just how long they can continue to have Cloud put himself down considering all that he's been though. He saved the world, got the girl. Solid character development or walking on a reliable crutch? You be the judge.
Brilliant film, the best final fantasy film, the CGI was stunning, fight scenes were incredible and the storyline was fantastic. All round stunning film
This is a good movie that follows up to Final Fantasy 7 game. I loved how it was a videogame world come to life! The story I thought was good and the action was unbelieveable! The animation is a huge leap. I loved Reno and Rude in this movie!
THE BEST MUSIC AND VISUAL EVER!!!!ALL THE 5 STARS TO THIS... I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH FIGHTING, IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, AND GRIPPING. JUST LOVED IT.
I thought it was pure crap. Sure it looked pretty and featured some sweet action scenes (the Tifa/crying girly man fight and the second motorcycle chase), but it went on too long, the plot is nonsensical in the extreme and the voice acting/translation is downright abysmal. I'm sure even the die-hard fans of FFVII will be hard pressed to get any enjoyment out of it. I know I sure didn't, and I'm a FF fan.
I did purchase the DVD to be a companion piece to the vastly superior Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. I'm still trying to figure out why I did...
despite the let-down of Final Fantasy: Spirits Within movie was, this is an action-filled corker of a movie. Unbelievable rendering, lighting, editing, and action. It's realism but with manga characters - and that's where Spirits failed (too realisic, too flat). This one was superb escapist fun with gallons of freakish manga constructs. Love it.
