February 26, 2007Before my sister in law and neices watched this movie we had a bet. We would not need kleenex. We were wrong. This was a absolutely wonderful emotional movie and some parts sent us over the edge. It was just as good as the movie dreamer. I am such a fan of these type of movies and this one I gave high ratings for because it was great all around.

February 14, 2007this is ma all time fave film everytime i watched it i cryed especcially wen the lion came the 2nd time nd pounced on da horse i love flicka if u own work or ride horses this will definately be a film for yas if u no ne where to bybuy it in england plz tell me by leavin a comment on ma page thnx need to buy it lol keep rentin it from blockbusters hehe

October 21, 2006when people live in the city like down town toronto they have never seen a horse in there life think this movie would be a good experence what we have to go through ( i train horses). and a lot of my 'rents friends lives in down town toronto there kids have NO f-ing clue what horses can really do etc. i say its a good movie who cares about the name"flicka" is a very good horse name just think of that!!!

October 20, 2006'Flicka' was actually a classic novel written about a boy living on a ranch, who is promised a colt to train for his birthday. He is given the orphaned filly of a crazy mare and a mustang instead, and despite his original misgivings, names her Flicka and grows to love her, training her as a racehorse. The sequel is called 'Thunderhead'. This movie seems very offtrack from that storyline.
