In this quirky romantic comedy, a young woman, Delmar (Jorja Fox of TV's "CSI" and "ER"), wants to open a restaurant. Her biggest challenge isn't the menu, however; it's finding financial backing. Awkwardly funny circumstances and a whimsical supporting cast of friends and family make this film a real charmer.
