Critic Reviews from Rotten Tomatoes

"Lorinz has some inspired moments of self-absorbed craziness as Jeffrey, and Mullen reveals a fine talent for physical comedy when Elizabeth returns as the lumbering, mind-blown Frankenhooker."
‑ Variety Staff, Variety
"Just like a car wreck."
‑ Felix Vasquez Jr., Cinema Crazed
"Sort of lame Re-Animator wanna-be."
‑ Alex Sandell, Juicy Cerebellum
"The resulting fragmented mess will no doubt keep some in stitches, but it is definitely less than the sum of its body parts."
‑ Nigel Floyd, Time Out
"Gloriously funny."
‑ Cole Smithey,
"Intentionally campy, totally stupid, and pretty darn fun, too."
‑ Scott Weinberg,
"It's the sort of film that would probably be most fun to see around midnight."
‑ Vincent Canby, New York Times
"Surprisingly smart, hip, and funny!"
‑ Mike McGranaghan, Aisle Seat
"It thinks it's funnier than it is, but it's still pretty funny"
‑ Ken Hanke, Mountain Xpress (Asheville, NC)
