  This could have been so much better. Nice idea but on a tight budget, and thin plot lines it doesn't live up to potential. I thought Arielle Kebbel being in this might be a good sign, but it's not up to the usual quality of films she is in. I also have to add I really don't understand why they try to Americanise this film? It was obvious to me this was made in the UK, Northern Ireland, so why not set it there? Why try to make out it's a small town in America? Only for those who don't mind low budget horrors.

  Eh, nothing new. Usual back of posing, vapid medical students are taken care of one by one through "strange" circumstances. The type of film where you are rooting for the bad guy since no one else is likable. Some nice stylistic flourishes help elevate things.

  This medical thriller which also goes by the title Freakdog tells the story of a group of medical students who plays a prank on a somewhat emotionally-troubled man (Kenneth) by inviting him to a bar and getting him drunk. Not knowing that (Kenneth) was epileptic, the combination of alcohol and drug sends him to a coma. Desperate not to get themselves involved in the crime, the group leaves Kenneth on the road until someone brought him to the hospital for treatment. Kate, guilty of what they have done, thought that she could help Kenneth's condition by injecting him with a "wonder-drug". Little does she know that the said drug only made matters worse, as her friends were mysteriously murdered one at a time. Really interesting plot. Never expected that the paranormal and medical science has a connection (if anything in this movie was true). I liked the gore and the acting too. Worth checking out.
