March 21, 2007"From Hell" is compelling and deep; it's a social drama as well as a mystery. I never knew Heather Graham was quite such a good actress, but Johnny Depp steals the show as usual, with his "Jack Sparrow" accent and his passionate acting. I loved this movie.

I hate those Deppies that couldn't care less about Johnny's talent or passion for his craft. They should watch his movies for his acting not his looks.

December 12, 2006This is a great film. All of the actors involved give great performances. I really liked the the relationship between Johnny Depp and Robbie Coltrane's characters - the two actors really bounced off each other.

July 15, 2006Hey lechner5, it sounds like you really like Johnny Depp. But unlike you, who are infatuated with Johnny just because he is gorgeous, I happen to like the movie because he is a brilliant actor. His character is passionate, sensual, and clever. Johnny does a fantastic job portraying his characters in his movies. He does more than just intertain the female audience with his looks, he inspires other actors and filmmakers to follow their dreams and do what makes them happy. He brings so much more to the screen than just his appearance. So please, instead of ranting over his looks, take a look at his brilliance on screen and what an amazing actor he really is.

July 4, 2006I luv this movie i mean it has johnny depp in it,who could not louv johnny depp.I no i will never be able to stop luving him.Not only is he a great actor he is hot,handsom,cute,young,he only turned 43 this year(2006).In this movie he plays a hot,sexy,detective,he is a great detective,he solves killer casses,this case,jack the ripper.Hearther Graham is a good actor in this film as well,Heather and Johnny share a realationship together,under a bridge after johnny gave heather some money to go to a hotel for a few days and get food,they kiss after heather tryed to kiss him he said no and she slamed the money on the ground and said i'm not paying you back,i'm not doing this as service(may got the words wrong there)and she took a step to walk away johnny grabed her arm and slamed her against the wall and they kissed.And a gaurd stopt them from kissing any further and started to speek once he saw it was Inspecter Fred Aberline(Johnny Depp)he stoped speeking and said sorry sir and walked away
