  Had a double take on the release date of this one. The animation is so poor it seems like a cheap 70's cartoon. Goodman does what he can with what's given to him, but every line is some schmaltzy nonsense about love in your heart, making friends and so on. It ignores the premise of the magic hat, now Frosty can take it off whenever. We also have a villain that wants to melt snow with his environmentally unsafe spray. The songs are forgettable and with no mention of Christmas, it just doesn't have enough charm to capture the imagination. Just listen to the song or watch the original.

  A Great sequel to an otherwise amazing kids classic short. Thsi one tells the tale of one believer who will never stop believing. I loved this almost as much as I loved the original!
