MCT:March 30, 2008Slater is a skateboard punk caught up in mystery and entrail. It does have a cameo by Tony Hawk among other famous riders of the time. If you like skateboarding, give it a whirl. If not, then, rent Ghoulies.

Christian Slater looks hot esp when he was younger a few boxer scenes and shirtless, but somewhat gay but i give it 3 stars, just cuz the plot was good and some cute skater bois lol

When I was a boy, Christian Slater was cool, now he harasses random women and carries guns around, but hey to each his own, right? If you are an extreme sports guy this movie is where the big guns got some much needed exposure. Tony Hawk was in it as well as many other famous skaters who paved the way to the skating of today. Cool story line and Christian actually did a really good job acting in this film. Give it a looksy.

most sport films are just well...garbage or just so bad you find yourself enjoying it but the main thing that makes most sport movies bad is the plot...but this.. it tries to have a real plot and in a way dosnt fail since it turns out to be...FUN! and thats what it is.... it is truly a 80s movie with the whole teenager trying to stop the big bad guys...but the good thing is slater works as a non annoying one and you get some cool cameos from skaters like tony hawk so it is fun for what it is....a pg 13 skater murder mystery with slater... from the 80s....eh at least its better then fucking snowbording school and dose well with a decent plot so well... ah fuck it its a great movie to get drunk to and make most kids think "wow im his age...i bet i can skate like that!" i know i did when i first saw it...but good thing i was already a skater before i saw it...so to all you kids who got scrached from it...HA!....had to say it...
