Although it is better than most of it?s predecessors from the 1960?s, it?s still not very good. I amazed that the special effects are as poor as they are, considering the year it was made. The score is very routine, the acting is bad and the story is as dumb as any other Godzilla...( read more)

Fascinating plot, excellent SPFX, and I would have LOVED to seen the sequel they had originally planned for this, where they actually would have cloned Godzilla 1954 and pitted him against Godzilla. (See the cliffhanger at the end of the credits?)
