A good action/thriller, but in my opinion not as good as the first one. The main detective from the first one (Public Enemy) has been promoted to a Prosecuting Attorney. This movie pretty much has the same formula as the first, same story, different scenery; scenery being the criminal. The first had a lot more humor mixed in to the movie. Also, if you heard big things with the car crash in this movie, I mean it is even on the cover of the film, you will be disappointed. This is one of my favorite genres' and I know not every action movie is going to blow me away. But I had a little higher hopes for this one. But fans of the first give it a try and see your lovable Kang in action again.
