This movie take place in WWII England. It's about a bitter old man who is forced to take in a child refugee and learns to love again. It is very sad in parts but the end is redeeming.

I watched this film about a year ago it was about them moving people from London and all the big citys to the country side and I enjoyed it and thought it was a very good film and it was quite funny too.

i love this movie the book is gr8 and well knwn and the adaptation isnt a disappoointament gr8 performances!
