Very good movie!!! Good Music too. Matt Dillon reminds me of The wilson Beach Boy, just how he turns out evenutally. Illeana Douglas did a great job in this one..Love it!

Not a hit, but I loved this film. It tells the story of a female singer/songwriter, well played (but not sung) by Illeana Douglas. The musical numbers are great - especially God Give Me Strength. Brilliant song.
