I loved reading his books, but the movie was unbearable. I didn't watch more than 40 minutes -- that is how unbearable I'm meaning.

Grey Owl is one of my personal heroes. I was glad to hear that a film was going to be done about him, and was very glad to hear that Attenborough was to be at the helm. It does a decent job of envoking the spirit of Grey Owl, but it falls a little flat here and there. The real st...( read more)
