It did have some funny moments and Cho & Penn work well together but it is let down by its lack of original humour. It?s ok but Harold and Kumar are not the new Cheech and Chong by any stretch! I guess it helps if you are smoking lots of weed!

Comedies are weird with me - I can really like something one year, and then I watch it again another year and just don't have the same feeling. This film applies.
While I once thought it was hilarious, after seeing it again, it just felt - lacking.
